stupid existing account :(

playing $1/$2 and $2/$4 at empirepoker right now, but i don't have a rakeback deal since i created the account before i had a clue. this is clearly a huge sum of money down the drain. i guess posts like this one pops up all the time in this forum so sorry, but i really need to know if there is any way to circumvent this. will they ever in a million years delete my old account so i can get a new one? can i just create a new one somehow?
