I think BB underplayed his hand somewhat...

What's your reason for just calling the flop raise? 3-bet it and get the callers to call one more bet.

I hate check/raising the turn here. Too risky with ALOT of draws out there. I raise/3-bet/call

[ QUOTE ]
I think at least a couple of people are drawing, and I can get two out of everyone once the guy to my left fires again on the turn. isn't there more value in that?

[/ QUOTE ]

They've all already put 2 bets in, You have them all nicely trapped for a third, and UTG may well be nice to you and make it 4. Take it while the going is good!

*grunch*

Hero needs to 3-bets flop

I'm thinking bet/fold. I don't like being so passive here or someone might take a shot at you

Edit: wtf was I thinking, bet/call, big pot here, you have a set.

*grunch* Raise the flop. You can extract ½BB and maybe more from every player in the pot already. You also don't want the flush drawers to draw a cheap card. I like the river. There are many players in the pot and there are many combos that you lose to. It's good

Raise the flop, bet the turn, bet the river. I think you might be a victim of MUBS. none of the callers has done anything to define their hand. UTG has at least an Ace. You have a set on the flop, with flush draw and a straight draw on the board. Make them pay to see the turn and river.

I would re-raise the flop for value. No one showed strength pre-flop, and we likely have the best hand. Bet it. They have called one raise back to you, and they are trapped for one more. If they are going to chase, make them pay.

Nice play on the turn.

Bet the river, and call the raise back. The pot is too big to fold for one more. Fold if it is two back.

To clarify: Your play on the turn was good based on the way you played the flop. Had we 3-bet the flop I would lead the turn.

3bet the flop with all these people already committed. I'd bet the river, at this level I'd probably call a raise as well, hoping to see A9 or K9 often enough to make it worth it.

Who knows, maybe MP3 is the one with the flush and this is your last chance to get cash into a side pot for yourself.
