Party Bug
First orbit, no reads, guy next to me really short stacked. I think the river c/r was a really bad idea considering where the aggressor was, but would have worked out nicely with the donk bet. But when it got around to me, there was no raise option, only fold and call 0.5! Whats up with that?

Re: Party Bug
If the bettor on the final street doesn't put in a full bet nobody can raise, or something like that. It might be all streets. If the all-in just calls somebody else's bet, then you can raise.
It's weird, but consistent. |

Since it came back to you for essentially no bet, you don't have the option to raise. I think if he had $.75, then that would re-open the betting and you could check-raise. |

This is a rule I've honestly really never paid attention to. It's not a bug in Party's software, as the OP claims. |

Re: Party Bug
o sorry, the aggressor the whole hand is on my right, and there are 2 callers in between us, so a c/r would face the callers with 2 cold, and it might get checked through because he fears the flush.. if i bet out, i would most likely get 3 calls or the uppity guy would raise.

[/ QUOTE ] Those are good reasons to want to bet out instead of check-raising. This plan is much better than check-raising. |
