Default General question about J10 suited

Someone correct me if I am wrong, but I am pretty sure that mathematically J10 suited is the best drawing hand in hold em. Nonetheless, when I am playing my best game, I try not to play it, limiting it to only three situations:

1) When stealing the blinds
2) When defending the blinds
3) Limping from late position after some other limpers.

Are there other situations where you guys find J10 suited to be a playable hand in limit games 30/60 and above? My BB/hand winrate when playing it is .54. Is that too low or pretty good? Comments appreciated.
