Both occured witihin 15 minutes of starting my session. Neither villain had gone to showdown yet. I assume the minraiser is a donk. |

Re: Two tricky hands, top set on coordinated turn, two pair tough turn oop
I dont see any reason to think youre behind on hte first hand. Also assuming minriaser is a donk, hes probably chasing down a second pair, maybe even worse.
Second hand, as I already said, I like a call down unless the river pairs. |

Re: Two tricky hands, top set on coordinated turn, two pair tough turn oop
Hand 1: I hate your C/R. Just lead for a PSB. This really depends on UTG, you might want to shut down, or you might want to put him in. He's either a loose/passive fish or he's slowplayed something that has your two pair crushed.
Hand 2: You really need to bet more on this flop. I'd just stick it in on the turn. |

1/2 pot the turn, 1/2 pot the river in hand 1.
I raise the turn in hand 2. |

Re: Two tricky hands, top set on coordinated turn, two pair tough turn oop
How often do you think I am behind in hand 1? Should I be going to the felt here.
Hand 2: Does anyone NOT get it all in on the turn? |

Re: Two tricky hands, top set on coordinated turn, two pair tough turn oop
In hand 1 i push it all in there.
Hand 2 : I dunno, i just dont think I would feel comfortable pushing it all in with that kind of board. I think with hte min raise, villian has it more times than he doesnt. Just my opinion |

Re: Two tricky hands, top set on coordinated turn, two pair tough turn
Maybe its just me, but in retrospect, what is villain's range on the turn in hand 1? , k6, k3, 36, 45, 33, 66, KK, AA, KA, KQ, KJ??? Am i beating that range?

Re: Two tricky hands, top set on coordinated turn, two pair tough turn
Hand #1, IMO the c/r is great. I am very concerned however that UTG (min)raised preflop, checked, and then called your bet. That's very peculiar and I wouldn't be surprised to see KK here. I'd probably bet something like 1/2 pot and seriously consider folding to a raise. Oh yeah, fold preflop also.
Hand #2 is hard to interpret because of your ultra-weak flop bet. Bet more there and it would be easier to push this turn. |
