Worse dealer abuse you have ever seen?
Was playing at my local B&M Sat night and this guy went balistic on the dealer. Called him every name in the book because he pushed the pot to the wrong person (They quickly corrected the issue). Well after about 30 min of the player still harrassing the dealer, the floor kicked this guy out. The thing is, he was back the very next night (last night)! He was polite last night, but I couldnt believe it. The floor let him play, and even comped him! What does it take to get banned from a casino, obviously a lot (ie pulling a gun out or something). Whats the worse abuse, fights, brawls you have seen in a casino where the player comes back the next day or shortly after and they let him play like nothing happened?

usually Multiple case of abuse. like constantly berating the dealers.
Physical Altercations usually do it as well. Also sadly it depends on limits too. (High Rollers will get more slack in most cases) As always its the floors Choice. |

Worst cases of abuse. I have had a beer bottle thrown at me, and I have had my face cut.

too bad more places aren\'t like here
in MN - over a year ago: player had been giving dealer a hard time, and when dealer's down is over and stands up player says something to dealer that dealer interprets as a racial slur. Dealer throws tray at player.
Dealer fired. Player permanently barred. Neither seen in card club since. Don't know if it would be different if there was another card club nearby, which there is not. |

Re: too bad more places aren\'t like here
I can't remember the full story and I wasn't there, but there was an incident a few years ago at Bicycle Casino in Los Angeles where a player spit on a dealer and the dealer decked the player. I cannot remember if the dealer was fired or the player was banned.
Thing is, this dealer was always one of the nicer, more respectful people there while dealing, and while being a patron. |
