best use of 1 TEC on UB?

Recently, my girlfriend was playing a TEC sit n go on my account and she ended up winning it. Don't ask me how as she has only played poker two times in her life, but that's for another forum.

My questions are:

What are the best uses of these things?

Does UB run any special tourney's ever that would make me want to save this for later use?

Are they transferable in any way that would allow me to sell this if I never use it?

You can use it to enter any $100 tourney, or apply it as $100 credit towards any higher buy-in.

Depends on what u wanna do. The last couple of weeks UB has had 25k guaranteed 100$ tourney every night - thats probably the place to be if u think u can make final table (or even top 20). If u dont think u can make the money in the 25k u could try the 10k which is earlier in the evening and the players often seem to be a bit weaker. U shouldve gotten a mail from UB telling u about the option to transfer your TEC to another player, this is an option but playing the tourney IMO is the thing to do.

BTW UB rarely guarantees anything more than what they know the buy-ins will cover - seems like sound business but a bit lame to call it guaranteed if they never have to top the pool.

TEC's can be transfered (like cash).

I won one last year, much like your GF.

Finally decided I was not going to use it,
and sold it to someone else.
