Which absolutely atrocious moves stand out in your mind as some of the lousiest plays someone could make?

Of course, there have been many.

But some recent ones are:
1) Tommy Reed infamously check-folds a set on the turn.
2) Ted Forrest doesn't bet AA on the river against DN's AQ on a 66xA6 board.
