Chicago Area HE Tournaments

Anyone know anything about the HE tournaments at Trumps(Monday) and Hollywood (Wed)? I hope to make them next week.

Is there a high likelyhood of being shut-out? Do they have phone registration? I will have to take the day off to attend and if less than 50% of hopefuls make it into the tourneys it would not be worth it. Any words of wisdom? I have never entered a casino tourney.
