Default Anyone call this?

If the player was good, or if it were just a typical 11 player what would your line be? fold both? neither?

Yeah, I would. But I don't like being bullied.

no thats an easy fold, sure he atleast has Ace high. you still have about 7 bb left, wait till you move in, instead of calling someone else

Typical $11 player?

EEEK. They don't understand how to push. A 2+2er pushes any 2 here, and you've got to call. But a random $11 player won't...

Any ace, any king, most queens, any pair? Is that a good range here, or could it be too loose or too tight?

minding the gap you are probably behind for a good player and close to even money or slight dog for typical 11. I fold this, however if it folds to me I'll push this.

Edit: I assume non 2+2er...

At what buy in would it be a good call? I guess at the 11s its not clear what his or her pushing range is and thus probably will not yield a clear answer?

Fold, either a flip or your a slight underdog. Most typical 11 players just dont push as it is, unless they want to show it as a bluff which you would see afterwards. If i had a PP 88+ i like to call.

Don't you guys see that the blinds are 75-150? The typical PP 11 player is pretty dumb, but still alot of them push a wide range of hands from the SB when the blinds start to get big.

I actually think that this is a pretty straightforward call and that you will be way ahead a good portion of the time.
