Default 150/300 Borgata

I hear Borgata has started to spread 150/300 LHE -- has anyone played in this? How often do they spread it? Are the players the usual 40/80 & 80/160 guys who have moved up?

Thanks.

This game is going frequently on weekends now, and it's mostly the 80 players with some new lambs from upstairs thrown in. Some "celebs" like Dan D'Agostino and others can be seen in the game frequently. It often starts short, but fills on weekends.

And no, I haven't played it. Was playing 80 two weeks ago and tempted, but don't have it in me just yet.

Hi Jeff,

Have you watched the game at all? How would you characterize the play?

Thanks..

Very, Very, Very aggressive. These people do not miss bets and very aggressive/speculative raises on later streets. It plays bigger than the stakes imply. There are a few big donators in it, but some of the losing players play with extreme aggression that is somewhat calculated, but still overboard. So they will go broke, but they are not horrible and will give someone playing timid problems (plus severe pain on nights when they run good). Bring lots of hundred dollar bills (and I mean, a truckload).

I watched a little from the rail, Lotsa chips and lots of young people in the game. Wonder who the guy in the all white suit and hat is. Looks like he just got off the plane from Cuba.

I've seen him.

He apparently has more money than God and tells you up front that you will never break him.

Just what I heard from a guy while playing 10/20 there.

He does look ridiculous though.

People may never break him, but he can sure contribute to other players. Wonder if he is a winner or loser in that game.
I'm assuming he is Dr. so and so(the only Dr. on the name list) cause everyone else looked too young to be a Dr. (PhD or Medical)
