Default Over-Coldcalling (Online 15/30)

Through datamining efforts in Empire's 15/30, I'm very surprised by the number of seemingly solid players who over-coldcall in late position. Everything from AQs, KTs, QJs, etc. Does the LAGishness of the 15/30 make overcoldcalling a profitable strategy? I'm curious how many 2+2ers utilize this strategy...

I think there are far more players out there who cold call with hands they should be folding, (like KTs and QJs), than those who call with hands they should be raising (like JJ). Which is a good thing for the better card player, of course. There's such a limited number of hands that ever merit a cold call. Opinions vary, and I guess there can't be an absolutely right answer, but mine would include AQs.
