Default Is this a 3-bet?

Good or bad? No notes on UTG+1. MP1 is 35/19.3/2.66 over 275 hands

It is a fold without the raise. Never a 3 bet.

It's probably an easy raise if UTG+1 limps and it's folded to you on the button.
