Default a fantasy basketball question RE: Marcus Camby

So far this young season, Marcus Camby is playing out of his mind, both offensively and defensively. Tonight: 18 and 22, with 7 blocks. 23 and 17 in a game last week with 6 blocks. 20 and 18 two nights ago.

Obviously, Camby has some durability problems, to say the least. So I'm wondering what to do with the guy, as his value is probably not going to get any higher. Two questions:

1. Do you hang on to him and hope to get these great numbers for 70+ games?

2. If you trade him, what caliber of player would you expect in return?

Camby is quietly a top 25 player year-in, year-out. I'd expect similar in return, especially since he plays center.

Right now he's the #1 ranked player in my Yahoo league. I got him in like the 7th round, and I wasn't happy with the pick at the time!

Of course, when his spine shatters next week, it won't do me any good.

I got offered Kirilenko and Terry for Camby and Murphy, and I'm still deciding whether or not I should do it. I have it listed in another thread. For me, it all depends on the health of AK47 and Camby.
