name changes

if we are asked about name changes can we use our own judgement? Or this a box best left closed.

I have a fun little idea for OOT in mind.

I'm pretty sure all mods can change names right now.

Mods can't edit other mods' profiles.

Mods cant edit the profiles of other mods or admins.
