Default Typical situation in these typical times...

Villain has reasonable 6-max stats, 34/15/1.9 over 60 hands and has done nothing out of the ordinary so far.

I think I'll call and raise the turn here, but 3betting now isn't bad.

Call it and raise any turn minus ace. Or king.

It's the A's, 9's, and [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]'s that worry us most.

See Preflop part of hand.

I missed the raise/3-bet as well. Originally had 9's in my post hence the edit

Well I feel like these are my two options. Calling down sucks. I don't like waiting until the river to raise because we give away too many cheap cards on an already semi-scary board, and I don't know if unimproved overs or A9/K9 are going to bet the river for me. In general, my desire to not give away cheap cards really makes me want to raise right now.

But I feel like 3-betting this flop just screams "I have an overpair!", and that I'm going to get capped (or turn check-raised) by hands like AA/KK/99/etc. Lesser hands are just going to fold or call down (when they would've probably bet/called a blank on the turn). So either I lose some value there, or I just lose more money if I'm behind.

Still not sure, but I'm thinking the call-the-flop/raise-the-turn line looks a bit better...
