Default buying a sushi bar

posting for a friend -

we were wondering what the approximate start up capital required to start a sushi bar is. this is toronto. any ideas?

yeah, it is. it's a real multi cultural city. great place to be.

i dont live there though, my friend does.

I'm sure you know that location in Toronto makes a HUGE difference.

A modern, hip, trendy place anywhere downtown I think would require 1 mil easily.
