I've just sent a pm to LIRob23 to ask him to refrain from making personal insults in his posts, ["YOU = STUPID - neteller.com may help (you still, will always be stupid)"; "YOU = DORK"; etc].

Having checked a number of his previous posts, it seems to me that this has been a constant trait of his, to date.

I think he is enough of a repeat offender for a ban, at the minimum give him a week off.
