Default Ideas to write about.

So, I want to write something about poker. Like the post i did called "checkraising the river to save bets". But I can't think of anything of worth to write about.

So, any ideas/suggestions?

I can't think of a specific topic, but I'd like to see you write something on heads up play.

It does not have to be a specific topic really, I just need ideas and heads-up play might be a good idea.

But I hope others can come up with more ideas/suggestions so I can pick something that feels *right*.

Thx

It might be too basic but a couple of things I am struggling with are:

1. dealing with turn checkraises

2. dealing with river raises hu.

Edit to add blind defense against overaggressive button.

Turn check raises in HU pots with aggressive opponents are a tough situation for me. Especially when the board is somewhat coordinated and I have a mediocre hand without any of the draw. I know when the draw comes in you need to fold a good portion of the weaker hands you could be holding, but what do you consider in calling with mediocre hands on the river when the draw gets there (4 straight cards - 3 flush) and opponent bets? If you fold all 1 pair hands you are giving up a huge percentage of the hand range you could be holding in that spot.

Glad to hear you're going to be writing more.

regards,

raisins

Write about your poker career to date, making sure to include learning all the different games, learning the different stakes, best moments, worst moments and thoughts in hindsight.
