I did have button's flop raise in the back of my head, but I was thinking more about him folding to a raise, than having him reraise me.

I was looking more for top pairs and middle pairs that might not have called a raise than the potential of a reraise from lesser hands. Hmm...is this a case of NOT seeing monsters-under-the-bed? (small, non-threatening ones)
