I was playing on sunday, and my friend rob is a real big better. So we played with stacks of 1700 chips. Preflop he raises 500, and i have queen 9 clubs, but i have a good feeling so I call his bet. The flop is 9-7-9, so I have trips. I check, knowing he will pretend to play strong. Sure enough he bets 300 more, I call. Turn, same thing, River, a 7 comes out so i have a fully. I check he checks and I turn over my cards and he had ace high. I love it when people bet into me.
