why can't americans play there? and is there anyway around this?

and how many games on average are running? right now i only see 3000 players 300 tables

The reason that Ladbrokes doesn't let americans play is that they fear Justice Department action against one of their susidiaries that does business in the US if they were to allow US customers. The also do not allow German customers. They enforce this by IP geo-location software. Even if you were able to get around that, you would still have to have a maildrop like in Canada.

i'd just love to see a site where all the random donks play PLO instead of NLHE. maybe in 10 years the next US poker revival will feature PLO

If you look on another euro site like 24h, you will actually find that more people are playing nlhe than plo.

Of course the funny thing to this, is american plo players think euros can't play a lick and want to play with them, while euros think the same about americans.
