the worst is wakeing up the next day. The instant you wake you dont recall anything, then , a millasecond after that,its you again like a burning hell freightrain out of controll. To prevent this from happing you need to not sleep for say a week or so. chow

Rest assured all these jokers know the feeling of taking a big hit.You just have to learn its part of the game and that its going to happen. I used to have nightmares of badbeats all night long after a down session.I try to think about how I played and if there are leaks that i need to plug. If You have played making good decisions thats all that matters not if you made or lost money. If your making good decisions the money will come back to you.

I'm an analytical person. Everything in my world happens for a reason. When I hit big downswings I review what I did, why I did it and theorise how I can do it better next time. When I look back I frequently find bad beats followed with bad play. This self-criticism works well for my personality because I get to see REASONS. These reasons allow me to cope with what could be a very bad situation if I just blew it off.
