Default confused on this hand, I feel like I should of made more

The villian is a crazy nut, I've reraised him pf a few times, everytime he's folded to me, but gone crazy vs. other players, I've built my stack 100% from him and I think he's afraid of me but fearless of everyone else. I feel like I should of made more, but was raising and opening myself up to a 3 bet too risky?

Side notes: he is capable of 3 bet bluffing, he isn't a "moron" caller, meaning he won't call off his stack with bottom pair or idiot stuff. These bets by him look like blocking bets, should I raise turn, or min raise river, just trying to extract more value?

The biggest hand I was scared of was Ax dia "blocking betting" me.

The only place I see you getting more from a hand you beat is the flop.

I'm with flawless, don't think about extracting more from him, think about extracting yourself from the hand as cheaply as possible once the turn comes.
