Default bad month, bad cards, bad play

How do you get back on track? The cards have come around a little, but my play has not. I'm still playing like I'm going to be out drawn every hand or the flop will completely miss me. I don't make enough on the hands I win, and lose too much on the hands I lose.

Earlier this year I went through a patch like this. Dropped down to 1 table, took time on each hand, read everyday, really concentrated on starting hand selections, worked hard to improve postflop play. It really paid off.
