is there some bonus that could make this +ev?

he has 0% VPIP after 200 hands and has folded the flop the rest of the time.

is this some kind of bot gone wrong?

raked hands are slightly over 50% at the 25PLO, assuming its one of the recent 7x reloads, he has made about $15 in bonus by sitting there for 200 hands, while only paying out about $10 in BB's and SB's.

I think you can set up rtvreco or some such program to always check a box, such as the fold box.
