Last Minute Calcutta Info

Here's a list of stuff:

1. Online bidding for the high stakes calcutta will end tommorrow at midnight. However, live bidding will continue until "the cards are in the air".

2. Gigabet didn't pay for his bid in the small stakes calcutta, so his $500 bid reverts to the second highest bidder (ugh) which was SFB at $50. I'm guessing this was a conspiracy between Gigabet and SFB, but don't have proof.

3. There are still lots of unmatched bets hanging around. These will be kept live throughout the tournament (until they're settled). I will also likely add additional bets during the tournament such as second round matchups and so forth.

4. If you have any unmatched bids that you don't want matched once the tournament starts, make sure to cancel them sometime before it stars. This can be done under the "My Bets" section of the calcutta site.

Yeah, that part really blows. I've been kicking myself for a few days about the situation and the fact that I feel there are a number of measures I could have taken to avoid it.
