The book is "Pot Limit & No Limit Poker." It covers more than just hold'em. I have not read it yet, but heard lots of positive reviews. It's authored by Stewart Reuben and Bob Ciaffone.

fire at it with what % of cards... 30% OR 75% OR 100%....

i guess if you have 5 callers at 100 and you raise to 300. probably lose 3 of them. and then you could easily lose them with continuation bet on flop and then as long as you're playing top 40% of hands you should have a decent chance at winning??
