Crypto support number - how?

I might be a complete idiot here but how does one contact Crypto support.

Here is the number listed
011-800-7777-4357

I am in the US. Everywhere I dial this number from I get some message about the not being able to connect to this number. I have tried 3 different lan lines and 2 cell phones. Doesnt matter if I dial a 1 first or not. And whats with the 7777 - is that an international thing, I got a coworker with family overseas and he has never seen a number like this before.

So I called Ecash support number and they helped me out.
