Why is it taking so long for William Hill to pay me?

They finally responded with this........

I'd suggest starting many many new threads in 2+2 forums, but most reponses would include "SIIHP" or equivalent marginal value.

today (7/31) I attempted to deposit to WH. It told me it couldn't connect to neteller. So I tried again. Same response. Now I look at Neteller and see that WH has taken out both deposits, but still no money in my WH account. Contacting support.

Expect a response in 2008 - 24 hours is up since I got their 24 hour cashout to Neteller email and still no deposit into Neteller....one week now. Stay away from these bastards. Completely unacceptable.

Still nothing in my Neteller. It is now 7.5 days since I cashed out. I don't think anyone cares but I just want to keep everyone posted as hopefully this will turn some people away from playing at this site. This is borderline criminal.

Your situation is not that unusal, Will Hill occasionally holds onto withdrawals and blames a technical problem with Neteller. You can expect your cashout to hit Neteller 7-10 days after the initial request.

I just made my biggest w/d ever from WH early this morning. It arrived an hour ago, so 17 hours only. That's been about the normal time it takes to get cashouts from there to me for over a year now.

Maybe those who deposit and w/d using Neteller have better luck there than those who don't.

I did the WH bonus last night before going to bed, woke up today and it's in my neteller already. I know a lot of people have had delays but it always seems quick for me.
