Default JTo first in from SB

Hero is in SB with JTo. BB is rated rock (22% vp$ip and 1.39 PFR). All fold to hero who raises. BB calls. Flop is Q73 rainbow. Hero bets and rock raises. Hero folds.

Should I have just completed the blind with my JTo? I thought that would be weak and didn't really like to fold it. Should I have folded and waited for a better hand?

I like your raise there. I'd do it everytime against a rock.

this is a super easy raise. Completing in the SB is weak. You should not be doing this unless there are some sort of meta game factors at work.

Raise is fine - especially against a rock, otherwise fold. Although is 22% VPIP really a rock?

I generally don't complete in SBsince you're out of position for the rest of the hand. Unless villain is the type to never give up if you raise in the SB but give up easily if you call and bet the flop regardless of what comes.

Good discipline on folding to a raise.

22% is a rock crap, i think that's what i am

preflop is excellent!
flop bet is goot. a read is best whether to fold or not (a read beyond stats and nicknames), but you could easily have 6 outs for J/Ts (he's c/r with a 7) and 4 outs for your gutshot.
