Hands mucked at showdown can be found in the hand history.

No, I'm asking about the software that will tell you what the other player had when for example he bets and u fold. There is a software that will tell you what the player had.

Doesnt exist. And its impossible to exist the way pokerroom software is run.

You are probably thinking of Playerview that you use with Pokertracker, playerview just looks at the hand history after than hand and will post what the hand is only if they mucked at showdown. Its not possible to find out what someone hand if u fold and they do not show at any point in the hand.

No, there isn't. What you can see in the hand history is all there is to see.

This is probably what you're looking for. However it doesn't seem to be under development anymore. It also will not do what you think it will. If you opponent bets and you fold, you will NOT be able to see his cards. You will only be able to see his cards if they show up in the hand history. It must go to a showdown. For example, you bet with the nuts, your oppenet calls, you win the pot, your opponent mucks his cards. In this situation, his hole cards will show up in the hand history.

The other hands are encrypted with 128bit encryption. It would take all the computer power on the planet several hundred years to break the encryption algorithm. I am afraid you will time out before it is possible.
