Default QTo is this steal attempt ok?

This is from bodog 1/2.
The table gets 4 handed, and I raise
Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]T[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] from the CO.

The table isn't Very loose, is this Ok preflop?

folded to BB who calls . He isn't very aggressive postflop and is somewhat loose preflop.

The Flop is 5[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]6[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]6[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]

he checks, I bet, he calls.

The turn is a K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]

he checks, I bet knowing that this is likely a scare card to him and maybe my Q high is still the best hand.
He raises, I fold.
