Default Is it worth an all in when you KNOW you have best hand early preflop?

I am asking this question I know and I do not like to get all in early preflop unless I have to do it with AA or KK. That being said if you know you have best hand and get raised all in(preflop) is it worth calling? I had notes on one player and just seen other one play earlier and saw some bad stuff (that is how I could say with 90% certainity I was leading the all in calls). I early on will limp with tens and JJ if I see one of these guys make there initial raise of all in preflop with say 3 limpers in front of them is it worth calling? Even if you know they push with Ace X or just about any garbage? Like I asked this only applies if you KNOW you have them. Is it worth risking whole tourn early in a $33 with tens if you know they are pushing A7 or KJ? Thanks
