cash game antics
Cash game. $5 buy-in (so everyone is playing pretty loose). It's getting late and there's been talk about calling it a night. I'm on the button with 10 10. 6 handed with 1 limper in front of me. I raise to 4x BB (BB is $.20) and SB pushes all in. I'm not worried about him at all as he's been pushing with suited connectors and worse (K5, J7, etc). However, the limper calls and its $10 back to me. I'm getting 3-1 with basically dead money from the SB. I'm only worried about the original limper, but he could easily be calling with AK, AQ, AJ, or even A10, KQ, KJ (these cash games are a joke...). What's my play? Fold/Call?
BTW, they both have roughly $10 while I'm up to $20 on my original buy-in. Should this factor into my decision? |

Re: cash game antics
Seems like it could go either way, but i would probably call, and even if you lose your up on your origonal buy in still.

Re: cash game antics
I called. SB turns over 99, limper turns over...JJ. Bummer.
But oh yeah, I spike my 10 on the river. Pretty crazy hand. |

Re: cash game antics
Buy in: $5
Pizza and Pop: $20 Spiking that ten on the river: priceless ok, sorry, that was bad. interesting hand though, 3 mid pairs six handed. Would only have been funnier if the flop was JT9 turn a T and river a Jack. |

Re: cash game antics
Sometimes you just know you're beat and you have to lay it down. Poker is about everything but the cards.
