IGMPAY Questions (multiple months ???)

OK,
I used it last month just before the end of the month for both party and empire, can I do it again this month??? And I thought there were some other skins to use this with but got confused with all the different threads going on.
Also would like to open an account with pokerstars, isn't that the one for the great tourney stuff??? Any bonus's there to sign up???
