KQ ... my least favorite hand
I have been experimenting with this hand... raising sometimes and limping others... It seems like when I raise with it I get called only by hands that dominate me and when I limp I get beaten by trash that would have folded to a pfr.. here is an example

Re: KQ ... my least favorite hand
Why, why, why do you only have $9.35 at a $25 NL table. I can't get away from this short-stacked, as any Q that didn't boat up is paying you off.

Re: KQ ... my least favorite hand
im not sure there is anything to discuss on this post-flop.
as for pre-flop i think u have to open the pot or fold with this hand. i vote fold in EP because basically KQo sucks. i think this is an example of how off suit broadway cards are no good in nl. |

Re: KQ ... my least favorite hand
First off, KQo is not a hand that you should limp in with. With good position in front of a few folders you can raise this hand, otherwise fold it. Raising would have gotten out your opponent. Shortstacked, all of your chips are going to be lost on the flop/turn/river. Buy in 25$ everytime at these stakes.
