Re: AA on button
I'd just call it down from the turn. He's representing the straight. If he has it, you're drawing dead. If he's bluffing, he's betting for you.

Table selection
Work more on table selection?
What is a good way of judging tables from the party poker lobby, if any? Or a general way to eliminate the absolutely awful ones. Ratio of players to avg pot or something? |

[/ QUOTE ] I generally just go through the list of tables with 9 people (8 in a pinch) with avg. pot size of $9 or up. Seems to eliminate the super tight tables, and you can always move if the stats lied. |

Re: Table selection
Hop on 3-4 tables, Post the blind and watch an orbit. If a table is consistently having 3-4 limpers outside of the blinds and there have been at most 1-2 raises pre-flop during the orbit, that's my table (at least to get started). While playing that table, hop on two more tables and post the blinds, watch for an orbit, and repeat. That's how I do it anyway. I have my main table and then 2 or 3 other tables are strictly recon missions.
