Why did you call pre-flop? I think that is either a drop it, or push situation. he only has 200 behind that raise...if he is ABC like you say...hrm. Would 3bet with JJ? QQ? Feels like aces to me, i guess he could have QQ or AK, but ABCs dont 3bet AK. Calling this preflop puts you in this awkward situation on the flop.

no you're right...I told myself over and over it was AA and called anyway...guess I have to work on that.
