Rent a Car, it will be cheaper. A cab will run you at least $100 one way. Thursday between 3-7pm Anaheim to Bell Gardens is at least 50 mins to an hour. The only way you would get there quicker is if the freeway were empty(usually middle of the night 25 minutes).

Try the Hollywood Park parking lot near the apartments, your chances of being knifed go up there.

If you go during rush hour it will take forever. Don't take a cab.
