Default Anybody know good community service options?

I did it in college but haven't since, and would like to again.

Can anybody offer suggestions of organizations or service tasks they've enjoyed? If it matters, I'm 31, single, not looking to get involved with groups looking for religous conversions.

I got to work at a golf course driving the ball grabber cart on the driving range and basically screwing around and trying to see how fast I could go without tipping over. That's was pretty bitchin.

Coach a little league tee-ball or basketball team. These kids are awesome, its a ton of fun and you get to do something that's enjoyable (sports) while interacting with the little ones. Contact YMCA or Boys and Girls Club to find out if they need people for these type of positions. Often times you'll start out as an assistant coach until they get to know you better etc. but it's all good.
