Default Standard fold?

Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em Tourney, Big Blind is t200 (4 handed) converter

Button (t1890)
SB (t4170)
Hero (t1915)
UTG (t2025)

Preflop: Hero is BB with 5[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 5[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img].
UTG and Button fold, SB pushes, Hero folds...

What is the cutoff here for calling? Do you call with 99? TT?

Good fold. I'd call with 88 and above and think seriously about 77.

Something like that. I think I call 99+, AK (maybe AQ, though I doubt it).

More if the guy's actually pushing 90% of hands here.

Forgot the nonpairs. Definitely AK. Probably AQ.

No real reads, but this is a 215 so I'm assuming he's not an idiot. That is he's not pushing every single time a stealing opportunity arises.

Oh, $215....

Wow, that makes this call a lot better.

He has a huge stack... How'd he get it? Has he folded in spots like this one?

If I'm pretty sure he pushes any 2, I call, otherwise, fold...

But the point is that doubling up here does nothing for me.

Edit: I think.

It allows you to bully everyone else, it allows you to finish 1st instead of scrapping for ITM, it forces everyone else to stop stealing at you. If he's pushing any 2, I find it very hard to laydown 55.
