Default 5/10 NL Top2pair gets lot of action

Villain has only been playing for 20 min and from the little I´ve seen he seems to be TAG and competent.

Seat 1: CO ( $915 )
Seat 2: Button ( $683.25 )
Seat 3: Sb ( $985 )
Seat 4: HERO ( $1475 )
Seat 5: Utg ( $961.25 )
Seat 6: Villain ( $1684.50 )

Sb posts small blind [$5].
HERO posts big blind [$10].

** Dealing down cards **
Dealt to HERO [ J [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]3 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]]
Utg calls [$10].
Villain calls [$10].
CO folds.
Button folds.
Sb calls [$5].
HERO checks.

** Dealing Flop ** [ J [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 3 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 2 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]]

Sb checks
HERO checks
Utg checks
Villain bets [$35].
Sb folds
HERO raises to [$130]
Utg folds
Villain raises to [$400]
HERO....

What´s my line here?
No preflop raise and I´m only in with 130$.
Call with intention of pushing on a harmless turn? Push the flop? Fold?

what do you guys put villain on?

i see 22/33, and some Axh pair or gutshot + nfd draw and againt this range, we are either flipping a coin or drawing thin vs set

AJ or some weird overpair gets away from a shove, i can't see a flush draw 3betting like this with that stack.

Flush draw seems unlikely. Having said that, Would'nt a heart on the turn kill the action?.
