Reading through the hand I think his turn raise is most likely AA/KK.

There is a small chance that he is semi bluffing the turn with AK diamonds.

I think you can fold that river though although most people will tell you "big pot, 1 bet, call"

If OP's read is on he's never semi bluffing AK[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] there in a protected pot that large when it's obvious Hero has a big hand.

I'd call the river hoping to see A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]9[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] or TT, or even the case QQ, though I wonder how often he'd actually value bet A9 or TT, if he's real good and you know he wouldn't bet these then maybe it is a fold.
