Default Where to play in Cape Town

1.) I will be traveling to Cape Town, South Africa, in a couple of weeks, and thought I'd ask where's a good place to play.

2.) The casinos advertise "Raise'em Poker"; is that a varient of Hold'em, or is it something like the "three card poker" played in California (Roulette with cards), or something entirely different?

Thanks!

"High Rise Hold 'Em Poker" looks to be a table game played with an ante and changing bets as the hand develops, along the lines of Let It Ride.

Here is a link to rules in a PDF file.

Guaranteed -EV. You might be able to get the crew at Other Gambling to work on a strategy card.
