Default As pairs go it\'s not much - J3s

10/20 6-max (6-handed)

Hero is BB with J [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 3 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img].

Preflop: 31/15 Button calls, Hero checks.

Button likes to raise flops and otherwise plays pretty normally. Don't really know much about him.

Flop (2.5 SB): T [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 9 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 8 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]
Hero bets, Button calls.

Turn (2 BB): 3 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]
Hero checks, Button bets, Hero calls.

River (4 BB) T [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]
Hero checks, Button bets, Hero calls.

I really like it. What do you do with a worse river card? Do you call if the river is a 6? An A or K? Do you bet/fold if the river is a J?

Interesting hand.

I like it too. My thoughts are that you have him beat or he has a big hand. I think you have to call the river as you have induced a bluff. I dont think he has a flush, b/c no flop raise. I dont think he has a straight because he would have prolly raised with those cards. I think if he caught a peace of the flop he'd usually raise. Most likely hand that you'd loose to in my opinin, is a deceptivley played big pair or less likely a 10 that was waiting to raise the turn. This is kinda speculation, but I think you played the hand real well.

You said that button likes to raise flops, so what was your plan if he raised this flop? C/c turn and fold river without a straight or J?

Things really work differently up here. I don't understand how you can expect Villain to have (edit: and bet) 75 or worse 20% of the time by the river here.

Otherwise I'm very confused by your post.
