If you make fun of an asian person for the inability to pronounce the letter 'L', its going to be taken as a shot against asians, not as making fun of a personal problem. That's just how it is, period. Regardless of your intentions if you don't want to be called racist you should know better.

This overly political correct crap is so annoying. Why are people so brainwashed to try to find racism everywhere. Anytime a white male criticizes a non-white or non-male they are instantly a racist and/or sexist.

If all you people had your way the deck with have 53 cards, the race card being the new addition.

Someone has already given you the answer, regardless of your intentions, so I'm not going to explain it to you. Also, when you assume I'm a bad player without knowing anything about me because you feel the need to defend yourself, you shouldn't bring up a person's willingness to use cheap shots.

I wasn't even calling the guy a racist so much as bringing up the fact that yesterday all we heard about was how racist and sexist the forum was for discussing H-DOG. It was convenient that today the forum kicked off with poking fun at Asians, so I went with it.

I see all this talk about Matusow. I know people don't like him. But, this morning I noticed Tuan Vu at the final three tables. I can't stand him. It made my skin crawl. If Tuan "shucksout" to become tha champion, I will have to vomit. I may seriously forswear tournament poker until his career ends in gamblers ruin (I don't think he plays well, he just "gehts rucky" alot) because if I ever sat at a table with him, I don't know if I could control my natural urge to taunt him to tears. That would probably earn me a bad rap as the guy who made Tuan cry that I would never be able to live down.
I can't be alone in my assessment of Vu, can I? Am I the only one that feels this way?

What I really find hysterical about all of this is that we are on an internet chat board. No one on this board has ever seen a picture of me, nor have they ever met me. Yet, it is assumed I am white, because I must be racist. I wonder why. Sorry no intent to hijack the thread. Perhaps I will start one over in the politics forum.

I'm telling you, this guy is one helluva player. Don't know the odds, but I'm sure they're quite a bit longer than they are on either Ivey or Raymer. Obviously Ivey and Raymer are not exactly chopped liver, but if you're looking for a long shot, Lazar is very tough.

His seat draw seems really bad however.
