According to my database, he eats a ham sandwich 30% of the time and he has good cholesterol. This is over 1000 Friday lunches. Typical 2+2 TAG theory says you can't have good cholesterol unless your HSEOF (ham sandwiches eaten on Friday) is about 20%. A lot of people will say you can't stay healthy with that kind of meal selection, but obviously DERB has found a new approach to eating.
