($33): 13xBB pre-flop decision, KQo.
I find it very difficult to make decisions with hands when my stack is between 10-15xBB...should u just push under the right circumstance, raise if you have position, fold, etc.?
Here's an example, how do you play this? CO+2 ( $985 ) CO+1 ( $2055 ) CO ( $1370 ) Button ( $1865 ) Hero ( $650 ) BB ( $1075 ) Trny:16920791 Level:3 Blinds(25/50) ** Dealing down cards ** Dealt to Hero [ K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] ] 4 folds , <font color="red">Hero ???? </font>

It depends on your read of the BB, is he tight? loose? agressive? does he like to overly defend his blinds? While you won't know these things about all the players at your table its good to get in the habit figuring out some sort of player profile for those in your blinds.
Also, another factor to consider is the staus of the blinds. If they are going up within the next two or three hands I'm much more likely to push this.

Firstly, I don't have much of a read on his play, which probably means he's not overly donkish. Ie., I don't think he would call without a premium hand. Secondly, he has commented on other's poor play, so he thinks he good at least. Thirdly, he's multi-tabling so I'll give him credit for knowing what he's doing (maybe a bad assumption.)
These things combined, I would say he's pretty tight for calling a push, but I'm not sure how he'll handle a 3xBB raise. To answer your second question, the blinds where going up in the next 3-4 hands. My question is, say I make the 3xBB raise and get called. Now I'm out of position, most likely will miss the flop and only have 10xBB left. Do I make a 1/2 pot size continuation bet into a non-scary flop? If I get raised, drop the hand leaving myself with 7xBB which will be 3.5xBB in a couple hands? Ps. jgunnip, you were at this table!

I'm not pushing unless I'm convinced he's calling with a worse hand than mine, which seems unlikely. I'm not folding because I'm getting low on chips and want to stir things up. I suppose a call is reasonable to be "nice" and set up future steals. If you get called after raising, then post-flop, it's time to play some poker. You just have to go with your instincts at that point, I think.

50 chips isn't worth the push... i 3x BB here [/ QUOTE ] 75 chips. It seems small, but if you consistently don't include the sb that's already in the pot, you're going to be making mistakes as far as correct pushing ranges.
