Default a general post: cash vs. MTT, ROI, FT%, etc...

I have been playing MTT for a few months now. I consider myself a good cash game player at 100NL and 200NL, and that is what I principally played prior to my newfound love for the MTT. I find the MTT to be much more exciting, and also it requires more thought and engagement on my part.

I have been playing the Party $100+ tournaments, but I feel comfortable/confident in them. No big cashes yet, but I am certainly up money, and am counting the days until I do hit the jackpot. I also incorporate NL games to keep my roll steady when necessary.

I've only played maybe 100 MTT's. I'm wondering, what percentage of FT's do you make? What kind of ROI can I expect long-term? Do you find psychologically that this structure of NL hold-em is more fulfilling that cash games bc of the elusive "jackpot", or less bc of that? Any other general theory about cash games vs. MTT as well is appreciated.
